New private equity owner for Accès Industrie

Paris-based private equity company Equistone Partners has acquired a majority shareholding of rental company Accès Industrie from previous private equity owner Parquest Capital.

Accès Industrie’s managers and private equity businesses Crédit Mutuel Equity and Irdi Soridec Gestion are minority shareholders.

Accès Industrie has a fleet of 7,700 machines.
